目的了解广安市8~10岁学生碘营养状况,准确评价碘缺乏病防治效果,指导居民科学补碘。方法按概率法进行随机抽样。尿碘按W S/T107-2006进行检测;甲状腺肿按W S276-2007的触诊法诊断;盐碘检测采用GB/T13025.7-1999的直接滴定法。结果广安市8~10岁学生尿碘中位数为270.35μg/L,低于50μg/L的占1.2%;校正甲肿率为1.41%;居民食用碘盐覆盖率100%;合格碘盐食用率98.89%。结论广安市学生碘营养现状显著改善,碘缺乏病防治效果良好,三项技术指标全部达到“实现消除碘缺乏病阶段目标”的标准要求。
Objective To understand the nutritional status of iodine in students aged 8 ~ 10 in Guang’an city, to accurately evaluate the effect of iodine deficiency disease prevention and control, and to guide residents in scientific iodization. Methods Probability method for random sampling. Urinary iodine detected by W S / T107-2006; goiter by W S276-2007 palpation diagnosis; salt iodine detection by GB / T13025.7-1999 direct titration. Results The median urinary iodine of students aged 8 ~ 10 in Guang’an was 270.35μg / L, accounting for 1.2% less than 50μg / L; the corrected goiter rate was 1.41%; the coverage of iodized salt for residents was 100%; the qualified iodized salt Rate of 98.89%. Conclusion The status of iodine nutrition in Guang’an City was significantly improved. The control effect of iodine deficiency disorders was good, and all the three technical indicators reached the standard of eliminating iodine deficiency deficiency stage.
