本文提出气体扩散多孔电极的新模型——不平整液膜模型。由于毛细管作用,催化剂团粒的粗糙包络面覆盖着电解质溶液薄膜,膜的各部份具有不同厚度。在实用的电流密度范围内,极化曲线的线性行为以及受气体反应物分压,催化层厚度和电解液成分的影响,都与新模型的数值解和解析解所预言的事实定量地符合。
In this paper, we propose a new model of gas diffusion porous electrode - an unplanar film model. Due to the capillary action, the coarse enveloping surface of the catalyst pellet is covered with a thin film of the electrolyte solution, each part of the film having a different thickness. The linear behavior of the polarization curve, the partial pressure of the gas reactant, the thickness of the catalytic layer and the composition of the electrolyte in a practical current density range all quantitatively correspond to the predictions of the numerical and analytical solutions of the new model.
