目的探讨持续冲洗、负压吸引在胰十二指肠手术后发生胰瘘的运用及胰瘘的护理方法。方法回顾性分析持续冲洗、负压吸引在14例行胰十二指肠手术后并发胰瘘患者的运用及临床护理资料。结果本组14例患者经非手术治疗痊愈,1例行二次手术治愈,1例因严重感染导致多器官功能衰竭死亡。结论持续冲洗、负压吸引及良好的护理是胰瘘治疗成功的关键。 Objective To investigate the use of continuous irrigation and negative pressure to induce pancreatic fistula after pancreaticoduodenectomy and the methods of nursing care for pancreatic fistula. Methods Retrospective analysis of continuous irrigation, negative pressure in 14 patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy after pancreatic fistula operation and clinical nursing data. Results The group of 14 patients were cured by non-surgical treatment, one case of secondary surgery to cure one case of multiple organ failure due to severe infection. Conclusions Continuous flushing, vacuum suction and good nursing are the keys to successful pancreatic fistula treatment.
