电压监测数据平台构建的创新性研究

建设基于电压监测的数据平台,不仅可以有效避免数据孤岛问题,而且在数据的综合使用效率以及在投资与资源的节约等方面都有不同程度的优势。本文首先针对电压监测数据平台进行总体介绍,其次论述了数据平台的构建过程。通过构建电压监测数据平台,利用电压监测技术,集成计量、生产、GIS等数据,构建电压一体化模型,实现模型统一化、接口标准化、管控规范化和应用持续化。根据业务规则对原始数据进行清洗过滤,挖掘海量数据进行自动校核,提升数据质量。平台能够实现对各类电压数据的监测,为相关系统应用功能提供可靠的、完整的、准确的电压数据支持。 Building a data platform based on voltage monitoring can not only effectively avoid the data islanding problem, but also has various advantages in terms of comprehensive utilization efficiency of data, and saving in investment and resources. This paper first introduces the voltage monitoring data platform in general and then discusses the data platform construction process. Through the construction of voltage monitoring data platform, the voltage monitoring technology is used to integrate the data of measurement, production, GIS and other data to build the voltage integration model so as to achieve the standardization of the model, the standardization of interfaces, the standardization of management and control and the continuous application. Clean and filter the original data according to the business rules, excavate massive data for automatic check, and improve data quality. The platform can monitor all kinds of voltage data and provide reliable, complete and accurate voltage data support for related system application functions.
