近日,万宝盛华集团推出“2016年度人才短缺调查报告”。报告显示,国内10%的企业正面临人才短缺的困扰,这一数字创下2006年调查记录以来的历史新低。其中,52%的企业表示难以填补职位空缺的主要原因是缺乏有经验的候选人。此次调查是万宝盛华集团在2016年第三季度对全球范围内43个国家或地区的42341家企业进行的,其中有1900家企业来自内陆地区。调查主要目的在于了解当前人才市场中,填补职位
Recently, ManpowerGroup launched “2016 talent shortage survey ”. The report shows that 10% of domestic enterprises are facing the problem of talent shortage, which hit a record low since the 2006 investigation record. Among them, 52% of enterprises said it is difficult to fill the vacancy mainly due to the lack of experienced candidates. The survey was conducted by Manpower in the third quarter of 2016 against 42,341 companies in 43 countries around the world, of which 1,900 are from inland regions.
