本文研究了金属端帽钹式 (Cymbal)压电复合物的等效等静压压电性能及自由场电压灵敏度。钹式压电复合物由在厚度方向极化的压电陶瓷片 (PZT - 5A)夹在两个薄的黄铜端帽之间 ,每一个端帽的内表面都有一个圆台形空穴。形状参数优选后的钹式压电复合物的等效等静压压电电荷常数dhe 及等效等静压压电电压常数 ghe分别达到 6 81 3pC/N和 5 80× 1 0 -3 Vm/N ,比相同尺寸的陶瓷元件分别要高出 1 36倍和 1 45倍。在频率为 1KHz时的自由场电压灵敏度达 - 1 90dB
In this paper, the equivalent isostatic piezoelectric properties and free field voltage sensitivity of cymbal piezoelectric composite are studied. The cymbal-type piezoelectric composite is sandwiched between two thin brass end caps with a PZT-5A polarized piezoelectric plate (PZT-5A). Each end cap has a frustoconical interior cavity. The equivalent isostatic piezoelectric constant dhe and equivalent isostatic piezoelectric voltage constant ghe of the cymbal piezoelectric composite with the best shape parameters are 6 81 3pC / N and 5 80 × 10 -3 Vm / N, which is 1 36 times and 1 45 times higher than the ceramic components of the same size respectively. Free field voltage sensitivity up to -190dB at 1KHz
