职业因素可引起多种肺疾患。在职业性肺疾患的研究中,剂量-反应关系是值得重视的问题之一。为了从病理角度探讨这一关系,为了将病理学资料与X线、流行病学资料进行对比分析,还为了了解职业性肺疾患形态改变与功能改变之间的关系,定量研究职业性肺疾患病理是十分必要的。为此本文对肺疾患形态学测量技术的取样原则、样品处理、一些实用的定量测量技术、存在的问题及展望综述如下。
Occupational factors can cause a variety of lung conditions. In the study of occupational lung disease, the dose-response relationship is one of the most important issues. In order to explore this relationship from the pathological point of view, in order to compare the pathological data with the X-ray and epidemiological data, and to understand the relationship between morphological changes and functional changes in occupational lung diseases, the pathology of occupational lung diseases Is very necessary. Therefore, this paper summarizes the sampling principle, sample processing, some practical quantitative measurement techniques, existing problems and prospects of morphological measurement techniques for lung diseases as follows.
