目的探讨环节质量控制对压力蒸汽灭菌后湿包的影响。方法随机对8 820份压力蒸汽灭菌包作湿包统计,并将提供的相应数据进行分析。结果消毒员不规范的操作,不正确的装卸及干燥时间不足等是造成湿包的主因,通过采取各种措施,使湿包的发生率由改进前的4.6%降低到改进后的0.79%。结论加强对消毒员职业道德素质教育并严格对消毒员的技术操作管理,才能减少湿包的发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of link quality control on wet bag after pressure steam sterilization. Methods 8 820 autoclave packets were randomly selected for wet bag counting and the corresponding data provided were analyzed. Results The non-standard operation of the disinfectant, improper loading and unloading, and lack of drying time were the main causes of wet packs. By adopting various measures, the incidence of wet packs decreased from 4.6% before the improvement to 0.79% after the improvement. Conclusion To strengthen the professional quality of disinfection staff education and strict technical operation and management of disinfection in order to reduce the incidence of wet packets.
