本文对国产常用的16种手持振动工具的把手与使用这些工具的87名工人的手腕部进行了振动参数的测定。用磁带记录法三轴向同步记录振动信号,经倍频程8~1000赫兹分析表明工具把手的最大轴向计权加速度为4.1~111.8米/秒~2振动主频率分布在8~1000赫兹各频段。工具把手的振动通过手的软组织可被吸收一部分,使用不同振动工具工人手腕部的最大轴向倍频程加速度的平均主频率为8~63赫兹,加速度为3.5~76.6米/秒~2。工具把手与手腕部的最大轴向加速度的衰减倍数与倍频程频率之间呈直线相关,随倍频程频率增高,工具把手与手腕部的加速度衰减倍数增高。
In this paper, the vibration parameters of the hand grips of 16 kinds of hand-held vibration tools commonly used in China and those of 87 workers using these tools were measured. Triaxial synchronous vibration signals were recorded by tape recording. The analysis of 8-1000 Hz octave band showed that the maximum axial weighted acceleration of the tool handle was 4.1 ~ 111.8 m / s ~ 2. The main vibration frequency was distributed at 8 ~ 1000 Hz Band. The vibration of the tool handle can be absorbed by the soft tissue of the hand, and the average main frequency of the maximum axial octave acceleration of the wrist of a worker using different vibration tools is 8 to 63 Hz and the acceleration is 3.5 to 76.6 m / s. The linear relationship between the attenuation multiple of the maximum axial acceleration of the tool handle and the wrist and the octave frequency increases with the octave frequency increasing the acceleration attenuation multiplier of the tool handle and the wrist.
