经济地位是一个人社会地位的重要指标,是社会分层标准的几方面之一。从全国整体上看,幼儿教师的经济地位不容乐观,工资水平具有极大的差异,本文主要从五个方面探讨分析产生这种现状的原因,从七个方面研究如何提高幼儿教师的经济地位。总之,幼儿教师经济地位的提高,才能让更多高学历人才参与其中,才能提高幼儿教师队伍整体水平。
Economic status is an important indicator of a person’s social status and one of several aspects of social stratification standards. From an overall perspective, the kindergarten teachers ’economic status is not optimistic and wages are greatly different. This paper mainly analyzes and analyzes the causes of this situation from five aspects and studies how to improve the kindergarten teachers’ economic status from seven aspects. In short, the improvement of kindergarten teachers’ economic status will enable more highly educated professionals to participate in the process to raise the overall standard of Kindergarten teachers.
