用扫描电镜观察到丝石竹玻璃苗叶片表皮毛少、气孔开张度小、保卫细胞往往下陷,而正常苗叶片表皮毛很多、气孔开张度明显大于玻璃苗、保卫细胞未见下陷。 Χ射线能量色散谱仪及元素的点扫描测得玻璃苗叶片中磷、铁、铜、锰、钴等元素含量比正常苗低,而钙、钾元素含量比正常苗高;玻璃苗保卫细胞中钾元素含量比正常苗低,磷、铝、锌等元素含量则比正常苗高。 玻璃苗叶片的水势约为正常苗的1.9倍,含水量为正常苗的2.09~2.21倍。 增加培养基中钾、磷、铁、铜、锰元素的含量;降低铵态氮,适当增加硝态氮;减少培养容器中植物材料可获得的水份将有效地避免产生玻璃苗。
Scanning electron microscopy showed that there were few trichomes on the surface of the leaves and the opening of stomata was small. The guard cells tended to sag. However, the number of stomata in the leaves of normal seedlings was much larger than that of the glass seedlings, and the guard cells did not sag. X-ray energy dispersive spectrometry and elemental point scanning showed that the content of phosphorus, iron, copper, manganese, cobalt and other elements in the glass seedling leaves were lower than normal seedlings, while the contents of calcium and potassium were higher than those in normal seedling; Potassium content than the normal seedlings low, phosphorus, aluminum, zinc and other elements are higher than normal seedlings. The leaf water potential of the glass seedlings is about 1.9 times that of the normal seedlings, and the water content is 2.09 ~ 2.21 times that of the normal seedlings. Increase the content of potassium, phosphorus, iron, copper and manganese in the medium; reduce the ammonium nitrogen and properly increase the nitrate nitrogen; and reduce the water available from the plant material in the culture container to effectively avoid the glass seedling.
