为了有效控制巷道掘进过程中顶板冒落,淋水量大等问题,平沟煤矿把超细硫铝酸盐水泥作为注浆材料,在顶板松散与淋水量大区域,进行注浆加固与堵截。实践表明,超前顶板注浆技术的应用能使松散区域的矸石和煤体能够较好地与注浆材料胶结成一体,减少了顶板冒落和顶板集中淋水的状况。
In order to effectively control roof caving and water pouring during tunneling, Pinggou coal mine uses super-fine sulphoaluminate cement as the grouting material for grouting reinforcement and interception in the area with loose roof and large amount of water pouring. Practice shows that the application of advanced roof grouting technology can make the loose area of gangue and coal cement grouting material can be integrated with one, reducing the roof caving and roof water conditions.
