目的研究低温蒸汽甲醛灭菌器灭菌效果鉴定和评价方法。方法采用载体定性灭菌试验方法,比较不同材质制备的灭菌过程验证装置(PCD)内生物指示剂抗力,建立其灭菌效果评价方法。结果在灭菌柜满载条件下,通入甲醛蒸汽混合气体维持灭菌温度80℃,蒸汽中甲醛浓度为100 mg/L,维持灭菌时间为12.5 min(半周期),自制PCD两种管腔内各种载体上嗜热脂肪肝菌芽孢达到完全杀灭,而商品PCD内菌片上嗜热脂肪肝菌芽孢则不能达到完全杀灭。结论自制生物PCD对低温蒸汽甲醛的抗力低于商品生物PCD,低温蒸汽甲醛灭菌器灭菌效果验证以选用商品生物PCD更严格。
Objective To study the identification and evaluation of the sterilizing effect of low temperature steam formaldehyde sterilizer. Methods The method of qualitative test of carrier sterilization was used to compare the resistance of biological indicators in the sterilization process verification device (PCD) prepared by different materials, and to establish the evaluation method of its sterilization effect. Results Under the condition of full load of sterilizer, the mixed gas of formaldehyde vapor was introduced to maintain the sterilization temperature of 80 ℃, the concentration of formaldehyde in steam at 100 mg / L, the sterilization time of 12.5 min (half cycle) Bacillus stearothermophilus on various carriers within the complete kill, and commercial PCD bacteria on the plate fatty acid bacteria can not achieve complete kill. Conclusion The resistance of home-made bio-PCD to low-temperature steam formaldehyde is lower than that of commercial bio-PCD. The sterilizing effect of low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilizer is verified to be more strict with the selection of commercial bio-PCD.
