我厂自1974年开始采用自制400Kg工频无芯感应炉熔炼铜合金,主要熔炼对象是ZQAl9—4和ZQSn6—6—3两种青铜,由于铸件种类多,但每种产品批量又不很大,大部份采用砂型浇铸,部份采用金属型砂芯,因此,与连续铸锭,离心浇注,水冷金属模等条件相比,铸件凝固条件恶劣;又因为另件工作环境大都为腐蚀性条件,还需要承受较大的压力,要求合金有较高的机械性能,不能有渗漏,因此,对合金熔炼质量要求较高。 以往我们一直沿用焦炭炉,沿油炉的传统熔炼工艺,生产中长期存在着合金质量不稳定,大批铸件不合格的问题,尤其是ZQAl9—4质量问题最为突出。

In the past we have been using coke furnace, along the oil furnace of the traditional smelting process, the production of medium and long-term instability in the quality of the alloy, a large number of castings unqualified problems, especially ZQAl9-4 quality problems most prominent.
