:为了防止夏季高温季节浇筑的混凝土产生裂缝 ,采用计算的方法 ,对混凝土在运输及浇筑过程的温度回升、富浆垫层对混凝土最高温度的影响、浇筑层层面的保温效果以及混凝土温度应力等方面进行了论证研究 ,提出了相应的温控措施 :①降低胶凝材料用量 ,增加粉煤灰掺量 ;②尽量浇筑四级配混凝土 ;③降低混凝土的浇筑温度 ;④初期通水冷却 ;⑤表面流水养护 ;⑥夜间浇筑 ;⑦覆盖保温。采用这些措施后 ,可保证夏季混凝土的浇筑质量
