为进一步分析飞船搭载对番茄诱变效果的影响,将两突变体6个世代及未搭载材料(CK)同时种植,在相应时期,定株观察各材料的植物学性状和生物学特性及变异程度。结果T10-3-2番茄种子经飞船搭载后发现了两种变异株系(H1、H2)及其群体,既有数量性状方面的变异,也有质量性状上的变异,这两种改变均为显性突变,并能稳定遗传;研究还表明,两个突变体的各个世代,其株间变异随着世代的递增而降低,说明这些性状容易稳定。结论:飞船搭载确实能形成番茄性状的变异,并且变异幅度大、变异性状稳定快。
In order to further analyze the effect of spacecraft carrying mutagenic effects on tomato, six generations of both mutants and CK were planted at the same time. At the corresponding period, the plants were observed for their botanical traits, biological characteristics and degree of variation . Results Two mutant strains (H1 and H2) and their populations were found on T10-3-2 tomato seeds carried by spacecraft, both in quantitative traits and in quality traits, both of which were significant Sex mutations and stable inheritance. The study also showed that in each of the two mutants, the variation between strains decreased with the increase of generations, indicating that these traits are easily stabilized. Conclusion: The spacecraft can indeed form the variation of tomato traits, and the variation range is large, and the variation traits are stable and fast.
