为了研究挤压剪切工艺对镁合金AZ61组织及性能织构的影响,在有限元模拟软件DEFORM-3D的辅助下,采用SEM对挤压棒材进行了组织观察,并对位于模具不同部位试样进行XRD测试分析。结果表明,挤压剪切工艺细化了AZ61镁合金组织,硬度变化符合组织变化趋势。随着挤压的进行,纵截面上晶粒取向发生变化,{0002}基面织构被削弱。
In order to study the effect of extrusion-shear process on microstructure and properties of AZ61 magnesium alloy, with the help of finite element simulation software DEFORM-3D, SEM was used to observe the microstructure of the extruded rod. XRD test analysis. The results show that the extrusion shear process refined AZ61 magnesium alloy structure, hardness changes in line with the organizational trends. As the extrusion progresses, the orientation of the grains in the longitudinal section changes, and {0002} the texture of the base is weakened.
