近年来,古籍整理与出版工作出现了一个兴盛的局面,令人鼓舞。1990年底,新闻出版署在山东烟台召开了“全国古籍整理出版工作会议”,总结古籍整理出版工作经验,研究问题,进一步组织古籍整理出版工作;1992年3月新闻出版署又举行了全国首届优秀古籍整理图书评奖活动,评出优秀古籍整理图书117种,调动了古籍整理出版工作者的积极性;今年5月,国务院古籍整理出版规划小组在北京召开第三次全国古籍整理出版规划会议,党和国家领导人江泽民、李鹏为大会题词、宋平、李瑞环为大会发来贺信,全国十余家报纸对会议情况做了报导,盛况空前,体现了党和政府对古籍整理出版工作的关怀,进一步推动了古籍整理出版工作。我有幸参加了近年来古籍整理与出版工作的这样三次大的活动,颇有感触,谈几点意见,就正于从事古籍整理出版工作的同行。
In recent years, there has been a flourishing situation in the collation and publication of ancient books, which is very encouraging. At the end of 1990, the Press and Publication Administration held a “Working Conference on the Sorting and Publishing of Ancient Books in China” in Yantai, Shandong Province to summarize its experience in the collation and publishing of ancient books, study problems and further organize the collation and publication of ancient books. In March 1992, the Press and Publication Administration held the first excellent Ancient book sorting book awards activities, appraisal 117 kinds of excellent ancient books sorting, aroused the enthusiasm of the ancient collation of the publication of workers; in May this year, the State Council Bookkeeping Publishing Group organized the third national ancient books publishing and planning meeting in Beijing, the party and State leaders Jiang Zemin and Li Peng wrote an inscription for the conference. Song Ping and Li Ruihuan sent a congratulatory message to the conference. More than a dozen newspapers throughout the country reported on the conference. This unprecedented event embodies the concern of the party and the government over the collation and publication of ancient books and further promotes The ancient books finishing publishing work. I am fortunate enough to participate in such three major activities as the collation and publication of ancient books in recent years. I am quite touched and talked about some opinions, just as my colleagues who engaged in the collation and publication of ancient books.
