研究了含铝量不同的五种高铝锌基合金的组织和性能以及温度对力学性能的影响。从差示扫描量热分析和显微组织得出,作为模具材料,2A40具有较好的综合性能,2A50具有优良的高温性能。
The microstructure and properties of five high Al-Zn-based alloys with different contents of aluminum and the effect of temperature on the mechanical properties were investigated. From the differential scanning calorimetry and microstructure, 2A40 has good overall performance as a mold material, 2A50 has excellent high temperature performance.
