Kelsey离心跳汰机是一种重选设备,它利用传统矿物跳汰的原理,又具有可以改变表观重力场的新特点。它是通过伍离心机中产生传统跳汰机运动的特殊方式来实现的。为了对这种设备在Rio Kemptvnle锡选矿厂不同生产流程中的应用潜力作出评价,1988年7月以来,一直在进行半工业试验。由跳汰机处理的矿样得到的品位与回收率的关系一直比由摇床取得的结果好。富集比高达20时,回收率达到90%以上。与静电分选机相比,跳汰机一段作业就可取得与之两段分选相当的选别指际,而且无需昂贵的过滤,干燥作业。最终精矿平均品位超过60%后时,获得了超过96%的回收率。
The Kelsey Centrifugal Jig is a re-selection device that takes advantage of the principles of traditional mineral jigs and has new features that change the apparent gravity field. It is achieved through a special way of producing traditional jig movements in a centrifuge. To evaluate the potential of this equipment for use in different production processes at the tin beneficiation plant in Rio Kemptvnle, a semi-industrial test has been conducted since July 1988. The relationship between grade and recovery obtained from the jigs processed by the jig has always been better than from the shaker. When the enrichment ratio is as high as 20, the recovery rate reaches more than 90%. Compared with the electrostatic separator, jig operation can be obtained with the two sections of sorting comparable index, and without the need for expensive filtration, drying operations. When the average final concentrate grade exceeded 60%, more than 96% recovery was obtained.
