在310S基体表面采用低压等离子喷涂(LPPS)技术制备MoB/CoCr金属陶瓷涂层。用扫描电镜观察涂层的组织结构;测试了MoB/CoCr涂层的显微硬度和结合强度;用湿式橡胶轮磨粒磨损试验机测试涂层的磨损性能。结果显示:MoB/CoCr涂层组织为层状结构,涂层与310S基体之间、表面涂层与过渡涂层之间结合良好。MoB/CoCr涂层具有较高的硬度值和结合强度,且具有良好的抗磨粒磨损性能。
MoB / CoCr cermet coatings were prepared by low pressure plasma spraying (LPPS) technique on the surface of 310S substrate. The microstructure and mechanical properties of MoB / CoCr coatings were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The wear resistance of MoB / CoCr coatings was tested by wet rubber wheel wear tester. The results show that the MoB / CoCr coating has a layered structure with a good combination of surface coating and transitional coating between the coating and the 310S matrix. MoB / CoCr coating has high hardness value and bonding strength, and has good anti-abrasive wear properties.
