为了解贵阳市家蝇对常用杀虫剂溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏、残杀威的抗药性水平,按照GB/T 26350—2010《蝇类抗药性检测方法家蝇生物测定法》中的微量点滴法测定采自贵阳市不同地区家蝇的抗药性。结果显示,残杀威对贵阳市家蝇已基本失效,无法进行测试。敌敌畏、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯对家蝇的半数致死量(LD_(50))分别是0.639、0.314、0.110μg/♀,抗药性系数分别是212.94、18.44、15.76,其中,敌敌畏与溴氰菊酯抗药性较1995年均有所增长。提示贵阳市家蝇对残杀威及敌敌畏已达到极高抗药性水平,对高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯也达到中抗药性水平。

Among them, Inulin resistance increased over 1995. This suggests that housefly in Guiyang has reached a very high level of resistance to propoxur and dichlorvos, and also has a medium level of resistance to beta-cypermethrin and deltamethrin.
