作者附言:我名石君讷,又名石鼎,现年84岁。自1934年起,曾任国民党中宣部南京新闻检查所检查长,国民党中宣部部派重庆行营新闻检查特派员,国民党军委会重庆新闻检查处总检查,河南、陕西、四川等省新闻检查处军简处长、军委会新检局军简督察,直至抗战胜利。因而,我对国民党当年新闻检查的情况和迫害《新华日报》的情形,有一定的了解,兹概述于后,以供新闻和史学研究参考。
The author postscript: My name is Stone Junne, also known as Shi Ding, aged 84. Since 1934, he has been the chief inspector of the Nanjing News Inspectorate of the Central Propaganda Department of the Kuomintang and the special information inspector of the Chongqing Operation of the Central Propaganda Department of the Kuomintang. The Central News Inspection Office of the Kuomintang Central Military Commission has checked the news of Henan Province, Shaanxi Province and Sichuan Province. Director of Military Affairs Division, the military inspection commission Jun Xinsheng until the victory of the Anti-Japanese War. Therefore, I have some understanding of the current situation of the Kuomintang’s news inspection and the persecution of the “Xinhua Daily,” and I have outlined it later for the reference of news and historical studies.
