电视节目录制技术质量的标准化、规范化管理,是社会发展和社会交流的产物;也是广播电视各办台单位对内实行自动编辑和播出、对外走向市场面向社会的需要。电视节目录制技术工作,是广播电视系统中一项最为基础的技术工作,其涉及的知识面广量大。特别是在各类摄录设备日新月异的今天,要真正掌握电视节目的录制技术,提高电视节目录制技术的质量,不但要掌握坚实的基础理论知识,而且还需要努力学习与之相关联的各类知识。本文从技术标准、评分标准和节目交换规范等方面入手,全面、系统地介绍如何从主观评价和客观测试两方面提高电视节目录制的技术质量。
The standardization and standardized management of the quality of the television program recording technology is the product of social development and social exchange. It is also the need of radio and television stations in Taiwan to carry out automatic editing and broadcasting internally and externally to the market for the society. Television program recording technology work is one of the most basic technical work in radio and television system, involving a large amount of knowledge. In particular, with the ever-changing video recording devices of every age, to truly master the recording technology of television programs and improve the quality of television program recording techniques, not only must they have a solid knowledge of basic theories, but also need to work hard to learn the various types of video recording devices know how. This article starts from the aspects of technical standards, scoring standards and program exchange standards, and introduces in a comprehensive and systematic way how to improve the technical quality of television program recording from both subjective evaluation and objective test.
