近年来,我国高等教育改革不断深化,取得了一批改革成果。但与发达国家教育改革的开放性和深刻性相比,我国的高等教育还存在一定的差距。特别是,应用型本科工科高校是伴随着高等教育大众化产生的、以本科教育为主体、以应用性人才培养为突出特征的一种新型高校。作为高等教育的一种新形式,我国的应用型本科工科高校虽然在数量上有了极为迅速的发展,但在内涵建设上基本还处于初步探索阶段。而这种内涵建设的相对滞后,已经在不同程度上影响了这类学校的人才培养质量和未来发展后劲。本文主要以应用能力培养为主线,确立＂本科学历教育与职业素养教
