在轧机区域发生断带时,森吉米尔轧机传统断带检测方法响应慢,绞带量大。为此,分析了传统的3种断带检测方法的原理,并根据统计发现的断带时轧机力矩具有急剧变化的明显特征,开发了基于轧机力矩变化率的断带检测方法。实际应用效果表明,该方法能快速检测出轧机区域发生的断带,有效减少断带危害。 In the case of breakage in the rolling mill area, Sendzimir mill’s traditional method of detecting broken tapes responds slowly with a large amount of twist. Therefore, the principle of three traditional methods of broken belt detection is analyzed. Based on the obvious characteristics that the rolling mill moment has a drastic change when the broken belt is found, a broken belt detection method based on the rate of change of the rolling mill torque is developed. The practical application results show that the method can quickly detect the fault zone occurred in the rolling mill and effectively reduce the fault of the fault zone.
