生命在于运动,这是人人皆知的常识,创造人生年龄的减法就要终生坚持轻度运动。美国医学界认为,适度运动能使人长寿。1978年,萨佛德在《运动与年龄》一书中写道:“如果连续进行非常适宜的锻炼的话,人体运动能力的消退平均能推迟8-9年。”这就是运动对人生年龄的减法因素。
Life is movement, which is common knowledge that everyone should know. Creating a subtraction of the age of one’s life requires a mild movement throughout life. The American medical community believes that moderate exercise can make people live longer. In 1978, Sadeed wrote in Sport and Age: “The abatement of athletic performance can be postponed by an average of 8 to 9 years if exercise is performed consistently well.” This is the subtraction of age from the exercise factor.
