随着我国经济产业的快速发展,房地产经济已经成为我国国民经济体系中重要的组成部分。我国的房地产有着很大的市场需求,其发展速度非常快,但是目前房地产的发展状况并不稳定,影响其发展因素很多,如国家政策、市场金融等,因此如何让房地产行业在这些影响因素之下进行良好的发展,对我国的经济发展至关重要。本文主要对影响房地产行业发展的因素进行分析,提出一些发展策略,以促进房地产经济更好的发展。
