采用机械力化学法研究了再生剂及软化剂用量、再生温度及时间、开炼温度及时间和双辊转速对GRT(Ground Rubber Tire)再生活化效果的影响。结果表明,当再生剂用量为4份,软化剂用量为2份,再生温度为180℃,再生时间为4h,开炼温度为150℃,开炼时间为10min,开炼机两辊转速均为25r/min时,制备的再生胶物理机械性能优良,并且再生后的GRT凝胶质量分数低至73.34%,而溶胀度高达79.3%。红外光谱表明,原GRT胶粉实现了再生。
The effect of regeneration agent and softener dosage, regeneration temperature and time, opening temperature and time and two-roll rotation speed on regeneration activation of GRT (Ground Rubber Tire) were studied by mechanochemical method. The results show that when the amount of regenerant is 4 parts, the softener dosage is 2 parts, the regeneration temperature is 180 ℃, the regeneration time is 4h, the open-smelting temperature is 150 ℃ and the open time is 10min, At 25r / min, the prepared regenerated rubber has excellent physical and mechanical properties, and the mass fraction of regenerated GRT gel is as low as 73.34%, while the swelling degree is as high as 79.3%. Infrared spectrum shows that the original GRT powder to achieve regeneration.
