目的:建立气相色谱法测定柳叶蜡梅中桉油精含量的方法。方法:采用气相色谱法,Zebron ZB-WAX型毛细管柱(60m×0.32 mm,0.5μm);程序升温:60~200℃;氢火焰离子化检测器,检测器温度为250℃;进样口温度为220℃;高纯氮气做载气。结果:桉油精在0.012 6~0.503 4 mg·ml-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8);平均加样回收率为100.68%,RSD=1.51%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、准确、快速、重复性好,适用于柳叶蜡梅的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the content of eucalyptol in C. lucorum by gas chromatography. METHODS: Zebron ZB-WAX capillary column (60m × 0.32 mm, 0.5μm) was prepared by gas chromatography. The programmed temperature was 60 ~ 200 ℃. The flame ionization detector was operated at a detector temperature of 250 ℃. The inlet temperature 220 ℃; high purity nitrogen carrier gas. Results: Eucalyptol showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 8) within the range of 0.012 6-0.503 4 mg · ml-1. The average recovery was 100.68% and RSD was 1.51% (n = 6).
