7月13日，北京以56票的优势，取得2008年奥运会的举办权。从举办过奥运会的许多城市的发展经历来看，奥运会对于城市的现代化以及各方面的发展都具有巨大的促进作用。2008年奥运会的申办成功，给北京的城市建设带来了极大的机遇，也预示出了北京房地产业的良好发展前景，在业内人士中引发了强烈反响。
On July 13, Beijing took the advantage of 56 votes and won the right to host the 2008 Olympic Games. From the experience of many cities hosting the Olympic Games, the Olympic Games have played a significant role in promoting the modernization of the city and in all aspects of development. The successful bid for 2008 Olympic Games brought great opportunities to Beijing’s urban construction and also foreshadowed the good development prospect of Beijing’s real estate industry, which aroused strong repercussions in the industry.
