CM2000型铣刨机的折叠式胶带机,由改向滚筒、接料斗、后机架、提升缸、保护架、大臂缸、前臂缸、锁紧缸、折叠机架、输送带、驱动滚筒、上托辊(承载托辊)和下托辊(回程托辊)等组成(见图1)。总质量约2200 kg。该机有效地消除了原铣刨机二级输料胶带机的旋臂过长的安全隐患并克服了输料不畅,胶带、挡带轮和托轮易坏的缺点。
