近年来,高校田径运动会改革进行得如火如荼并取得丰硕成果,而游泳比赛几十年来几乎一成不变,基本上是原地踏步。各高校举办的游泳比赛存在着传统田径运动会的弊病:目标定位锦标化、项目设置专业化、参与对象精英化、激励机制单一化等问题。如何对高校游泳竞赛进行改革,使其与当代大学生的游泳技能和竞赛需求相匹配是一个亟待解决的课题。本文在华南理工大学广州汽车学院(以下简称汽车学院)游泳比赛改革实践的基础上进行初步探讨,旨在为推动我国高校游泳竞赛改革提供参考。
In recent years, the track and field athletics colleges and universities in the reform carried out in full swing and achieved fruitful results, while the swimming competition almost unchanged for decades, basically is still on the mark. There are some shortcomings of the traditional track and field competitions in the swimming competitions held by universities, such as the orientation of the target, the specialization of the project, the elite of participants and the simplification of the incentive mechanism. How to reform the college swimming competition to match the swimming skills and competition needs of contemporary college students is a pressing issue. Based on the reform practice of swimming competition in Guangzhou Automobile Institute of South China University of Technology (hereinafter referred to as Automobile College), this paper aims to provide a reference for the reform of college swimming competition in our country.
