企业是由多种有形的、无形的要素构成的。有形的要素构成了企业的实体,无形要素却是企业运转不可缺少的客观条件。现代企业要生存和发展下去,除了要发挥人、财、物、管理、信息、时间、关系、名人等各种要素作用外,救灾要重视和发挥员工的积极性这一企业无形资产要素,这不仅是人力资源管理中的一个重要方面,也是企业资产增值的必不可少的条件。作为企业管理者,在企业管理中要对这一要素巧妙加以运用,充分发挥员工的潜能,才能为企业创造财富。
