目的对二色波罗蜜叶挥发油的化学成分进行分析。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法从二色波罗蜜叶中提取挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术鉴定挥发油中的化学成分,并用气相色谱面积归一法测定了各成分的相对含量。结果分离得到15个化学组分峰,并鉴定出其中的12个成分,占总挥发油含量的92.87%。结论二色波罗蜜叶挥发油主要成分为植酮(24.55%)、香叶基丙酮(16.15%)、柏木脑(13.21%)、壬醛(9.06%)、芳樟醇(8.81%)、甲位紫罗兰酮(6.13%)、乙位紫罗兰酮(4.78%)、alpha-松油醇(4.03%)、突厥酮(2.07%)、金合欢基丙酮(2.04%)、2,3-二氢-2,2,6-三甲基苯甲醛(1.78%)。
Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of the essential oil of Dicussian honey Methods Volatile oil was extracted from leaves of Dicapodilla by steam distillation. The chemical constituents of volatile oil were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The relative contents of the constituents were determined by gas chromatography-area normalization. Results Fifteen chemical components were separated and 12 of them were identified, accounting for 92.87% of the total volatile oil. Conclusion The main constituents of the essential oil of dracocephalus were phytonide (24.55%), geranyl acetone (16.15%), cypress wood (13.21%), nonanal (9.06%), linalool (8.81% (6.13%), ionone B (4.78%), alpha-terpineol 4.03%, dextral ketone 2.07%, acacia acetone 2.04%, 2,3-dihydro- 2,6-trimethylbenzaldehyde (1.78%).
