同志们,在这次会议上我传达一下能源部工作会议、国家教委工作会议的精神和我部今年高等教育的中心工作。1 传达黄毅诚部长的讲话能源部工作会议精神,主要传达一下黄部长的讲话内容。黄部长的讲话主要讲了三个问题:一是能源生产建设的形势;二是提高认识,在进一步搞好能源大中型企业上下功夫;三是振奋精神,完成1992年的能源生产建设任务。1.1 1991年能源生产建设形势1.1.1 能源生产稳定增长。全国一次能源生产总量可达10.4亿吨标准煤,全国原煤产量为10.8亿吨左右.均与上年基本持平。电力生产随着经济复苏,需求转旺.增长幅度较大。1991年全国发电量超过6700亿千瓦时,比上年增长9％左右,增长速度高于“七五”平均水平。石油、天然气生产也完成和超额完成了国家计划,
