采用光学显微镜(OM)、电子背散射衍射检验(EBSD)、X射线衍射仪显微分析(XRD)、拉伸性能测试,研究了强化固溶处理对7085铝合金组织与性能的影响,并分析了其强化机理。结果表明:与常规固溶相比,强化固溶处理使合金的强度显著提高,伸长率变化不大;经时效处理后的7085铝合金的屈服强度为471.8 MPa、抗拉强度为518.3 MPa、伸长率为14.7%;通过对强化机理的分析,强度的提高主要来自于析出沉淀相强化。
The effects of strengthening solution treatment on the microstructure and properties of 7085 aluminum alloy were studied by optical microscope (OM), electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and tensile testing. The strengthening mechanism. The results show that compared with conventional solution treatment, the strength of the alloy is significantly enhanced and the elongation is little changed. The yield strength of aged 7085 aluminum alloy is 471.8 MPa and the tensile strength is 518.3 MPa. The elongation is 14.7%. Through the analysis of strengthening mechanism, the increase of strength mainly comes from precipitation precipitation strengthening.
