在合理假设的基础上,考虑了井架的弹性及钢丝绳与滑轮间的缠绕关系,应用ADAMS软件建立了XJ350修井机起升系统的仿真模型。通过不同工况下的分析运算,得到起升系统传动轴、大锥齿轮轴、滚筒轴、水刹车轴、快绳、死绳、吊环及井架起升和下钻过程较为准确的动载特性参数。仿真分析结果与以往的试验结果非常接近,表明仿真结果已达到较高精度。最后根据仿真结果,对XJ350修井机起升系统的设计和使用提出了建议。
On the basis of reasonable assumption, taking into account the flexibility of the derrick and the winding relationship between the wire rope and the pulley, a simulation model of the XJ350 workover machine hoisting system is established by using ADAMS software. Through the analysis and calculation under different working conditions, the dynamic characteristics of lifting system drive shaft, large bevel gear shaft, drum shaft, water brake shaft, fast ropes, dead ropes, rings and derrick lifting and drilling process more accurate . Simulation results are in good agreement with previous experimental results, which shows that the simulation results have reached higher accuracy. Finally, according to the simulation results, some suggestions on the design and application of the XJ350 workover rig lifting system are proposed.
