针对板式辐射器加热物体时,被加热物体边缘处辐照均匀性较差的问题,提出两种措施进行改善,并建立相应模型,采用角系数的代数分析法,分析相关参数变化对辐照均匀性的影响.一种措施是以一方向无限长的两平行面为基础,在加热面两端各加一与加热面温度相同、性质相同的加热面,结果表明:侧加热面长度及其与垂直方向夹角大小对辐照均匀性均有影响;另一种措施是将原加热面一分为二,相对倾斜布置,发现辐照均匀面积大小和倾斜角度有关,针对不同的板长存在最佳夹角.以上两种措施都能改善辐照均匀性.
When the object is heated by the plate radiator, the irradiation uniformity of the edge of the object to be heated is poor. Two measures are proposed to improve the model.
