人才资源是第一资源。全面提升人才工作水平,创新人才工作机制,建设一支高素质的卫生人才队伍,是推动卫生事业可持续发展的重要保证,也是当前卫生工作面临的迫切任务。周口市作为一个典型的农业大市、人口大市,基础差、底子薄、人口多、资源少。如何克服困难,采取有效措施,加强周口市卫生人才队伍建设,有力地促进卫生事业的健康、协调、快速发展,笔者在此做出简要分析。
Talent resources are the first resources. Raising the level of talents work, innovating the working mechanism for talents, and building a contingent of high-quality health personnel are important guarantees for promoting the sustainable development of the health industry, and are also an urgent task for the current health work. Zhoukou City, as a typical agricultural city and a large population, has a poor foundation, a weak foundation, a large population, and few resources. How to overcome difficulties and take effective measures to strengthen the construction of health personnel in Zhoukou City, and effectively promote the healthy, coordinated and rapid development of the health industry, the author hereby makes a brief analysis.
