2004年2月,我从省城走进岳西县天堂镇木冲村,担任党支部第一书记。面对一个基础设施十分落后,村级集体经济收入几乎为零,欠债高达430多万元的贫困山村,我感受到了光荣也感受到了一份压力。从群众充满期望的眼神中,我找到了信心和力量的源泉。到任后,我以开展2004年农村“小学教”活动为契机,进组入户调查研究,摸清村情民意,进入工作角色。在深入征求当地干部群众意见的基础上,确定了“支部强起来、党员动起来、资源用起来、农民富起来”的工作思路。经过一年的努力,我村集体收入由空白增加到10．98万元,农民人均增收近300元,消化村级债务32万 In February 2004, I went into Muchong Village, Tiantang Town, Yuexi County, as the first secretary of the Party branch.
