为贫困者提供法律援助是一项公认的国家责任。我国法律援助制度是保障人权,维护公民合法权益,促进司法公正的一项重要制度。但由于我国法律援助制度起步较晚,在立法、经费保障等方面都存在着严重不足,需要大力推进和完善,进而为构建和谐社会发挥更大的作用。
Providing legal aid to the poor is a recognized national responsibility. The legal aid system in our country is an important system for safeguarding human rights, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of citizens and promoting judicial fairness. However, due to the late start of the legal aid system in our country, there are serious deficiencies in the aspects of legislation and financial support, which needs to be vigorously promoted and improved so as to play a greater role in building a harmonious society.
