近年,各级公安交管部门相继出台了有关执法记录仪的使用管理规范,要求对其携带、使用和管理按照单警装备管理规定进行,做到“出警必携带、处警必使用”。但在实际工作中,由于一线民警对执法记录仪重要性认识不足,以至使用率不高,没有较好地发挥其规范执法、震慑交通违法行为者的作用。这一问题应当引起重视。
In recent years, public security departments at all levels have successively promulgated the management regulations on the use of law enforcement recorders, requiring them to be carried, used and managed in accordance with the regulations on the management of single police equipment, so that “a police officer must carry and a police officer must use”. However, in actual work, due to lack of understanding of the importance of law enforcement recorders by first-line police officers and their low utilization rates, they have not properly exerted their role of standardizing law enforcement and deterring traffic offenders. This issue deserves attention.
