2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(简称5-Br-PADAP)是一高灵敏的显色剂、它与铋、钴、铜、镍、铁、镓、锰、铌、铀等十多种元素都能生成有色络合物。资料对镍与5-Br-PADAP络合物的光谱特征有所叙述。本文试验了5-Br-PADAP络合物显色的最佳条件,并考查了其它元素的干扰情况,采用了有机溶剂萃取比色,使灵敏度较水相提高了十倍。
2- (5-Bromo-2-pyridylazo) -5-diethylaminophenol (referred to as 5-Br-PADAP) is a highly sensitive developer that is compatible with bismuth, cobalt, copper, nickel, iron, , Manganese, niobium, uranium and other more than 10 kinds of elements can generate colored complexes. The data describe the spectral characteristics of nickel and 5-Br-PADAP complexes. In this paper, the optimum conditions for the color development of 5-Br-PADAP complex were investigated. The interference of other elements was also investigated. The organic solvent extraction colorimetric method was used to increase the sensitivity tenfold.
