目的探讨长春西汀+胞磷胆碱钠等治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法随机将64例患者分为治疗组(36耳)与对照组(40耳)各32例分别采用两组药物进行治疗观察。结果治疗组有效率为86.11%;对照组有效率为70.00%,χ2值(Pearson未校正法)=4.0674,P<0.05;两组效果比较治疗组优于对照组,差别有统计学意义,并且治疗组患者治疗期间未见明显的不良反应。结论长春西汀胞磷胆碱钠联合应用对突发性耳聋有良好的临床疗效,并且有毒副作用少的优点。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of vinpocetine and citicoline in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods 64 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (36 ears) and control group (40 ears), 32 cases were treated with two groups of drugs. Results The effective rate was 86.11% in the treatment group, 70.00% in the control group, and Pearson’s uncorrected method was 4.0674, P <0.05. The effect of the two groups was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant No significant adverse reactions were observed during treatment in the treatment group. Conclusion Vinpocetine combined with sodium choline in sudden deafness have good clinical efficacy, and the advantages of fewer side effects.
