2008年,国内发电企业遭遇了经营形势的冷冬,煤价上扬、发电利用小时下降让众多电厂不得不面临大额亏损的现实,而神华国华宁海电厂通过大力实施成本领先战略,开源节流并举,内部挖潜、外部增收,投产三年以来保持着良好的经济效益,成为国内盈利能力领先的发电企业,在严峻的外部环境中平稳过冬。透过宁电“成本领先战略”的实施,或许能让更多的发电企业得到些许启示。
