城镇化战略的实施需要农村体育公共产品的有效供给,政府是农村体育公共产品的主要提供者。本文在分析政府为农村体育公共产品供给中存在的城乡“二元”供给体制、权责不清、职责界限及角色模糊、行为失范及其成因的基础上,提出有针对性的建议,旨在构建责任政府,促进农村公共体育产品的有效供给,加快城镇化建设。
The implementation of urbanization strategy needs the effective supply of public goods in rural sports, and the government is the main provider of public goods in rural sports. Based on the analysis of the supply system of “duality” of urban and rural areas, the unclear powers and responsibilities, the limitation of duty and the role of the government, the anomie behavior and its causes, the author puts forward some suggestions based on the analysis of the government It aims at building a responsible government, promoting the effective supply of public sports products in rural areas and accelerating urbanization.
