帕金森病是一种以中脑多巴胺神经元丢失为特征的中枢神经系统退行性疾病。近年来发现,骨髓基质干细胞在体外可诱导分化为神经元,在帕金森病的治疗方面显示出广阔的应用前景。本文主要对骨髓基质干细胞的神经分化及对帕金森病的治疗研究进展进行综述。
Parkinson’s disease is a central nervous system degenerative disorder characterized by loss of midbrain dopaminergic neurons. In recent years, it has been found that bone marrow stromal stem cells can be induced to differentiate into neurons in vitro and have a broad application prospect in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. This article mainly reviews the progress of neural differentiation of bone marrow stromal stem cells and the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.
