目前,老龄化问题已经引起了临床方面的高度重视,如何通过健康的生活方式和适宜的健身运动延缓衰老进程,已经成为临床的研究焦点。运动方式和运动强度与延缓衰老进程之间存在一定的密切关系,本文通过比较传统体育运动、适量运动及高强度运动对延缓衰老进程产生的影响,为老年群体选择适宜生理、生化的运动和健身方式提供参考。
At present, the issue of aging has drawn great attention in the clinical field. How to delay the aging process through healthy life style and appropriate exercise has become the focus of clinical research. There is a close relationship between the exercise mode and exercise intensity and the process of delaying aging.
