培训管理是企业创新的重要动力,是人力资源开发和增值的重要途径,对提升组织整体绩效具有重要的意义。切实的制定符合企业发展的培训体系,必须从企业战略出发,才能发挥出培训在发展人才和提升企业竞争力中的重要作用。创新型培训体系必须兼顾发展性、针对性、时效性,以战略需求为核心,着眼于企业发展需要。
Training management is an important driving force of enterprise innovation and an important way of human resource development and value-added. It is of great significance to improve the overall performance of an organization. In order to effectively formulate a training system that is in line with the development of enterprises, we must start from the strategy of enterprises in order to bring into play the important role of training in the development of qualified personnel and in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. Innovative training system must take into account the development, relevance, timeliness, strategic needs as the core, focusing on business development needs.
